What we collect

When you create an account or place an order: your name, email, phone number and, for delivery, your address. We also keep your orders, the messages you send us and the notes you leave for the kitchen.

When you write to us through the contact form: your name, email and message.

When you use the site: your IP address and browser details, for security and to stop abuse, and the devices you are signed in on, so you can sign them out.

How we use it

To take, confirm, cook and hand over your orders; to send you order updates and receipts; to answer your messages; to keep your account secure; and to meet our accounting and legal obligations.

We email you only about your account and your orders.

Who we share it with

Only with the services we use to run the site, and only what they need. Stripe processes card payments. Resend delivers our email. Cloudflare hosts the site, stores its data and checks that visitors are not robots. Our kitchen receives order and message notifications in a private Telegram chat.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

We use only the cookies the site needs to work: to keep you signed in, to remember a device you have signed in on and an invitation code you opened, and to carry short notes between pages, such as "your message was sent". Cloudflare's robot check may set its own cookie when it runs. Your browser keeps your cart until you sign in. We use no advertising or analytics cookies.

We do not track you across other sites and do not let others do so through our site. That is why the site does not change its behavior in response to Do Not Track signals.

Your choices

You can see and change your details in your account at any time. To correct something you cannot change there, or to close your account, write to us.

When an account is closed, we keep past order records as our accounting requires, and stop using your contact details for anything else.

Keeping and protecting your information

We keep account and order records as long as we need them for your orders, our accounting and the law. Passwords are stored only in a form that cannot be read back, connections to the site are encrypted, and only our kitchen staff can see customer details.

Children

Our site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes and contact

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
